We’ve made a little update behind the scenes at CandleHouse.ie to make managing your account easier, quicker and more secure.
This change only applies to our customers that still use "user name + password"
Our legacy (pre 2023) customer accounts have had an upgrade, which means there’s a new way to log in - and the good news is, there are no more passwords to remember!
If you already have a CandleHouse.ie account and still use "user name + password", don’t worry - you don’t need to create a new one or register again. Here’s everything you need to know.
How do I log in now?
- Click the account icon at the top of CandleHouse.ie
- Enter the email address you normally use to shop with us
- We’ll send a 6-digit code straight to your email
- Enter your code and you’re logged in
In many cases your device will now remember you, so you will only sporadically require to enter a code if using the same device. No more trying to remember passwords or having to reset them.
Already have a CandleHouse.ie account?
There’s no need to create a new account.
Simply use the same email address connected to your existing CandleHouse.ie account and we’ll recognise you.
Your previous password is no longer needed - your secure email code has replaced it.
Top tip: Make sure you use the same email address you’ve previously used when ordering from us so you can access your existing account and order information.
What can I do from my account?
Your new CandleHouse.ie account makes it easier to keep everything in one place.
Once you’re logged in, you can:
View your previous orders
Check your order details and status
View and manage your saved addresses
Manage your account information
Log in securely without remembering a password
Easily access your account across your devices
So whether you’re checking a recent order or trying to remember which Yankee Candle fragrance you bought last time, everything is much easier to find.
Why have we changed it?
Quite simply, we wanted to make things easier for you.
We know forgotten passwords and password resets can be a pain, so the new login makes accessing your CandleHouse.ie account much more straightforward.
All you need is your email address and the secure code we send you.
It also gives us more opportunities to continue improving your CandleHouse.ie account experience and add even more useful features in the future.
Can’t find your login code?
Your 6-digit code should arrive in your inbox shortly after you request it.
If it hasn’t arrived, try:
Checking your spam or junk folder
Double-checking that your email address is correct
Making sure you’re using the email associated with your CandleHouse.ie account
Waiting a minute or two and requesting another code
